Chancellor Alistair Darling called upon his counterparts in the G20 to “see though measures to support demand and repair the financial system” though continued stimulus spending. Warning governments not to be “complacent” about the economic recovery, Darling cautioned “We cannot yet be sure the global recovery has sufficient momentum to be sustained and durable.”
