OPEC Maintains Oil Output Quotas at Meeting in Angola

Oil prices weakened on the decision. Crude for February delivery fell as much as 40 cents, or 0.5 percent, to $73.32 a barrel in electronic trading on the New York Mercantile Exchange and traded at $73.38 a barrel at 11:15 a.m. London time.
